Blue Otter Limited Company (“our,” “we,” or “us”) provides a platform for motorbike rental and other services to users around the world. Please read our Terms of Service so you understand what’s up with your use of Xemoto BUSINESS and Xemoto. You agree to our Terms of Service (“Terms”) by installing, accessing, or using our apps, services, features, software, or website (together, “Services”).

About our services


You must register for our Services using accurate data, provide your current email address, and, if you change it, update this email address using our in-app change email address feature. You agree to receive messages (push notifications and in-app notifications) from us with codes to use our Services.


You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services (or such greater age required in your country for you to be authorized to use our Services without parental approval).

Devices and Software

You must provide certain devices, software, and data connections to use our Services, which we otherwise do not supply. For as long as you use our Services, you consent to downloading and installing updates to our Services, including automatically.

Fees, Taxes, and Refunds

You are responsible for all carrier data plan and other fees and taxes associated with your use of our Services. We may charge you for our Services, including applicable taxes. We do not provide refunds for our Services, except as required by law. Refunds will not be provided for any transactions between Users for rental agreements and for any Services for which we are authorized and entitled to conduct. All transactions conducted on our platform or through the use of Our Services are final. Any and all Users of our Services may be required to pay taxes on earned income in accordance with local law. Payment of taxes, fees, or any other costs incurred from revenue generated and collected from our Services is the sole responsibility of the User.
